A STAR IN THE MAKING...?
Some of you may have flown with the lovely Captain Wendy Thornton-Clark (nee Barnes) over the years?
Since calling it a day in the flying game, she turned her hand to (among other things) writing songs... and has just sent me her first.
Apart from appealing to many of our ladies (for obvious reasons), she seems to have a genuine and lovely talent.
Wendy wrote it, playing the piano and singing the backing vocals on the track... and then, in her own words:- 'I'm only good enough to demo my stuff, so employed a rock singer for this track. I’ve stayed on piano and backing vocals and (someone else) produced it. Nick the guitarist is world class too and is on constant callout for all West End shows...'
