NOT A GOOD WEEK...!
No disrespect intended to Dee Passon's wonderful Angel Fleet (posted there too), but a few of our dearly-loved colleagues have departed in quick succession.
Pete Povey has rung from Cyprus this week to report the sudden passing of his good friend and a lot of peoples' favourite Captain, Ian Wallace, on Tuesday.
The family has asked that any postings (anywhere) are kept to this until formalities have been completed...probably by this weekend.
No-lesser passings too (notified by Johnny Williams) of former FD Gerry Ward and ex-shorthaul CSD Sonny Mabey.
All of these will get deserved separate entries a.s.a.p.
