CREW SOCIAL FLIGHT FAVOURS...
A simple question here people:- When was the last time you looked at 'Flight Favours' (or 'Do Us a Favour') to try and match your published rosters with the requests posted by others each day? Or do you - in all honestly - think you'd only visit them when you want a favour yourself?
I think it may be suggested that looking after friends and relatives openly for colleagues started to come to grief with the advent of 'merit' promotion and the comparatively-recent (?) phenomenon of 'SAS' ('Snag A Senior').
Possibly the more accepted route of so-doing now is along the lines of a note to give the crew on boarding, or a simple chat with them during the fllght itself.
So... with all that in mind, we've taken the decision to bring the curtain down on the site this week. It's a different world to the one we all grew used to, but we obviously need to move with the times we find ourselves in.
