   Just a bit of forward notice that our Web hosts for this site - California-based Wix -

have advised that posting in these online Forums will be disabled, starting October 15, 2025 – and all current data will be deleted on March 1st, 2026.   I know that this will only affect a couple of you due to the fact that the overwhelming majority of these posts are by myself ( 😏 ), but I thought I'd let you all know anyway!

   Wix is preparing a new interactive format for 'forum-type' discussions from hereon in and we'll keep you advised about where on here and when it'll be available.    In the meantime, IF you were thinking of posting anything else on here.... DON'T! .

The basic(s) behind this header is that I have finally (and officially) called it a day with BA after an association of 58 years and 183 days. So... in order to keep our websites attractive, but, at the same time, factually-correct, we need all of you to let us know when you see content on here (or on our Facebook version) which has been superseded by newer info. - especially with regard to things like Staff Travel and items of general interest to our retired members who may not have access to the company's websites anymore? So(2)... if you come across anything that falls into the above categories, can you either comment on here or send us an email to 'crewsocial@yahoo.com' please?

... to those of you trying to join the site in recent months if it seemed we weren't aware of your presence. Bluntly, we weren't! When someone fills in the registration form, the action is supposed to be sent to us straight away by our American cousins. In short, it hasn't been... and I'll be going on the hunt to find out why.
