I need my flying Family’s help!

Please give me £2. ( it won’t accept £1😒

Last year I went along to the Distinguished Gentleman’s Ride little knowing that two months later I would be diagnosed with a “rare and unusual” ( what else would I have!) form of prostate cancer ! Much more aggressive than normal I was concerned that I had not much longer to live.

I was lucky to find a consultant at the cutting edge (no pun intended !) lof his field, a wonderful man and surgeon who operated on me in January this year and although I am still in recovery after a major operation I am delighted to say that my recent scans and tests show that I am clear of cancer!

This year I ride with more purpose and would ask you, my friends and family to support me in this cause to save lives. You can donate from £2 via the attached link, scroll down to “ other amount” and I have set my goal at £250 which I would like to think I can raise. Even if you don’t want to donate please have your partners, brothers, fathers, uncles, friends get tested as I am living proof that it happens and that it can be caught in time and fixed!
