PAUL OSTINELLI ...
The usual great sadness - but even more personal this time - at the passing of ex-WWF and 767/Mid Fleet Purser Paul Ostinelli on Saturday last - August 25th.
He hadn't enjoyed the best of health for some time.
The large number of postings over there bear testimony to the incredible character this man was, so this news doesn't need any embellishment from me.
Suffice it to say we spent a few years as friends after we met on longhaul and subsequently enjoyed buddy rosters on 767s for some time.
The stories involving Paul are legion...and I'm sure they will continue to unfold as Kate and the boys comes to terms with this horrible news.
